Chris Horner Wins Tour of Spain

Road: Chris Horner (Team RadioShack) took on Saturday, his first two WINS for the season when he surprisingly won the final stage Vuelta Ciclista al tempo in Pais Vasco and simultaneously secured final victory in the Spanish stage race.

Alejandro Valverde (Caisse d’ Epargen), which led the competition before the final leg up to keep Chris Horner behind him. The Spaniard was second on the stage, distanced with eight seconds and with it he was dropping the American past in the abstract.
